Kangana Ranaut, is one of Bollywood's top actresses and a game
changer who made women centric films a huge success at the box office.
Kangana had decided to charge a whopping 11 Crores for her work
recently, and that has cost her dear.
Rumours are doing rounds that Rani Laxmibai had to star Kangana Ranaut,
but Ketan Mehta is planning to drop the idea of having her in the film,
thanks to Kangana's fee hike.A source close to Ketan Mehta was confirmed as saying, "Though Ketan
Mehta is keen on taking the project forward and though after Sardar
Patel, Mangal Pandey and Dashrath Manjhi, it was his dream to make a
biopic on Rani Laxmibai, it seems unlikely that he'd be able to execute
his vision, given the budget involved."
Although it is not confirmed that Kangana Ranaut is a part of the movie
or not, Ketan Mehta has however postponed the project of Rani Laxmibai
to next year.
